From the outset, we decided we wanted a retail offering, we're a consumer-facing brand and it was important to us to give the people who use our products the opportunity to invest. It proved to be a relatively easy thing to do. We partnered with the right advisers, providers and people.

The ethos of Raspberry Pi is one of inclusivity, engagement and access, so the addition of a retail offer as part of our IPO was a natural step for us. We have been overwhelmed by the response from the retail investment community and look forward to engaging with them as a public company. The retail offer delivered on all its objectives, the team responsible for its execution were focussed, responsive, creative and flexible and were instrumental in its success.

RetailBook’s fixed income service has enjoyed rapid adoption and is already servicing an increasingly significant proportion of everyday investors, supported by a programme of content and education. Demand in March and April 2025 reached over £120m, evidencing the appeal of lower risk, income generating assets.
