RetailBook was developed to provide investment opportunities including IPOs, follow-on placings and retail bond offerings to retail investors that have been too hard to reach and often overlooked.

What is RetailBook?

RetailBook provides a platform allowing companies to include individual investors in their fundraisings through their existing retail broker or wealth managers. We will provide access for issuers to the pool of retail capital in the UK which is estimated to be over £1 trillion and to enable retail investors to participate in primary capital markets transactions on the same terms as institutional investors.

Who is it for?

RetailBook aims to help investors take advantage of corporate capital raising. Our goal is to enable wider inclusion of retail investors in UK capital markets, providing attractive investment opportunities that have historically been difficult to access. This will be achieved through a range of partner intermediaries: financial advisers, retail brokers, investment platforms and banks, using RetailBook technology. Collaboration arrangements are being established with leading retail platforms including Hargreaves Lansdown, interactive investor and AJ Bell, and with major investment banking organisations including Jefferies, Numis, Rothschild & Co and Peel Hunt.

Under the collaboration arrangements, it is envisaged that some partners will become shareholders in RetailBook.
